Cancellations
Due to unforeseen circumstances you might have to cancel your stay at our holiday apartments. We ask you to make your cancellations known to us as soon as you possibly can.
When cancelling your stay the terms and conditions are applied and these meet the regulations for owners of holiday apartments, bungalows, caravans, tents and homes. In case of cancellations you are asked to pay the following costs in addition to the booking fees:
- When cancelling at least 57 days in advance of your stay: 30% of the rental fee;
- When cancelling 56 to 28 days in advance of your stay: 70% of the rental fee;
- When cancelling 29 days or less in advance of your stay: 100% of the rental fee.
When you booked a cancellation insurance, you can ask for a written statement regarding the payed fees and date of cancellation and you are able to ask your insurance company to refund these costs.
Goodwill regulations
When you have not booked a cancellation insurance we will reduce the amount of rental fees when your stay is during the off-season period (D- and E-price, see price-code and price list).
